Dear friends and family,

     We wanted to take the time to tell you about the work God has been doing at the camp in Uruguay this past summer. A few years ago, Valentino had a risky brain surgery to remove a tumor. God spared him, He had a purpose for this young man and that included inviting his friend, Jorge, to camp. Jorge accepted Christ that year and since then invited his sister to camp who too got saved at camp. Over the course of the year, his mom accept Christ as Lord and Saviour of her life. His parents are divorced, so this past January during family week, Jorge, his mother and siblings came to camp, and to everyone's surprise Jorge's father, a unbeliever, showed up for one day! Thank you for joining in prayer with us about this year of camp!
     Since the new year, we have been at a different church almost every Sunday! It was wonderful to be able to share how God is working in Uruguay with all those churches! Thank you for all your prayers as we traveled up and down the East Coast. As of this week, our schedule slows down dramatically since we had thought we would be leaving for Uruguay soon and did not plan to visit churches after April. But now since God has delayed us for a few more months, we are delighted to be able to encourage more churches with the work going on in Uruguay. We are praying specifically for 10 meetings to be scheduled before the end of July and already have three! We hope you will all be praying with us for this as well.
     We have started packing our container! People in several churches have been very generous with gifts for our new home in Uruguay and for the camp there too! Since we need to tell the shipping company the approximate weight of what we are shipping, every box needs to be weighed. We are also writing down every item that goes in the boxes from Sharpies and post-its to bedsheets and cookie sheets!
