Miguel turned 2! We started the day with M&M pancakes as per his request. A couple days later we had a family party which was a lot of fun.
In other news, Bruno sent 3 different versions of his birth certificate down to the Uruguayan embassy in South Africa. One of them needs to be legalized in order to stay longer than 3 months in Uruguay. However, we came to find out that there are FOUR versions of the birth certificates and they need the one version we did not have!! So Bruno has ordered a copy of this version and once it is sent to us in the States, we will mail it back to South Africa once again to finish the process. Please be praying that everything will go better this time!
Because the small hiccup with Bruno's visa and the fact that we are not yet fully supported, the field director in Uruguay, Dan Vallette, has asked us to wait coming until July. Although we were disappointed at first for change of plans, we thank God for such a clear answer in the timing since we were praying specifically for His timing. We are also grateful that we now have an extra 10 or so Sundays with which we can visit churches and share about our ministry!
