My family lived in the Philippines for 11 years as my parents
were missionaries with OMF. They ran a dorm made up of middle & high
school students that were attending Faith Academy. While in the
Philippines, my mother spoke with me about Jesus' sacrifice and I
accepted Christ.
When my family returned to the United States for good, I wanted
God to continue to use me in missions. The church that runs Solid
Rock Day Camp supported my family, not only financially, but with deep
personal relationships as well. Some friends from this church invited
me to work in the camp before I was even old enough to become a
counselor. I was in ministry with my future husband before we were
even interested in each other.
I graduated from Philadelphia Biblical University with a
Bachelors in Biblical Studies and an emphasis in Youth Ministry.
Married Bruno on May 28th, '05 on the beach in Ocean City, New Jersey.
We are now accepted by Gospel Mission of South America and are
headed to Uruguay to continue camp ministry started in Paysandu,
Uruguay.
